There isn't really anything necessary to do in order to prepare for a session other than being well hydrated and being open to releasing anything you may be holding onto from your past. The mere fact that you are here reading this...and that you have found The Emotion Code, tells me you were divinely guided here because it's something that will help you on your journey and you are ready!
A typical session last for 60 minutes. We release as many emotions that come up for release in one session.
Yes, because energy is not bound by time or space, the results are the same whether the session is done over Zoom or in person. I have clients overseas who receive great results.
Everyone is different. My clients who are energy sensitive can feel the energy release or feel a tingly sensation or even yawn often as the emotions are releasing. However, most people do not feel much during the actual session itself.
Stay well hydrated, listen to your body. If you're more tired, allow yourself to rest. And, of course any acts of self love are particularly good at this time such as journaling, grounding, meditation, prayer, salt bath, lemon water, essential oils, ect.
Most clients do notice an energy shift after the first session, but it can take a few days up until a week to notice. This is energy work and often notice the shift is more subtle over time. Many clients report feeling lighter, more positive/optimistic, have stronger boundaries and even less pain, more vivid dreams and many have attracted in the love they desired after we released their heart wall.
A heart wall is when the negative emotions form around the heart after a heart break typically. It's like having an invisible wall around you heart. It blocks your ability to fully give and receive love as well as operate as your highest self. This wall is subconsciously trying to protect you from future pain but it's also blocking you from the love you desire and keeping you stuck in the past. 93% of people have a heart wall and it's the first thing I recommend releasing.
Most of us have years and layers of trapped emotions which need to be released. And, this works just like peeling an onion. The emotions come up for release in the order they are ready to be released. Often times we need to work through releasing some emotions in order to get to the deeper layer where others are ready to be revealed and released. And, for anyone who's dealing with a medical condition and/or have experienced emotional trauma in their lives, there are multiple sessions to be had in order to get to the bottom of it and release the root emotions and core negative beliefs.
My rule of thumb is once a week in the beginning while you're working on a condition or healing emotional trauma. From my experience, once a week gives your body and mind the proper processing time in between.
When you book an Emotion Code Session by email, I perform a regular emotion code session on you, but not in person or over Zoom. I do this on my own time and I use your picture (which you send me via email when you book). I perform the session and then send you the session notes via email withing 48 hours of having completed the session.
